Is there anymore reason to live if you have HIV?

I know someone that has HIV and has had it for 30 years.....Yes there is reason to live

You can live with HIV for a long time and live a relatively normal life.

many people live for a long time with HIV..go to a counselor and talk it out. You can't go back, but you can hope for a healthier future thanks to the newer drugs.

yes yes yes...taking meds, eating healthy, following good hygene and just taking care of yourself will help the fight against developing full blown AIDS....HIV or AIDS doesn't kill you...it just makes it harder for you to fight off other illness....without meds a person with HIV or AIDS could die from the common flu...look at magic johnson and all he has accomplished...life doesn't have to stop because you have HIV but it will change maybe even for the better in some cases...someone can be living a distructive lifestyle and contract HIV and decide to chage for the better...HIV doest not mean you have to give up on life...so yes you have a reason to live no one can take your life but God but also remember God helps those that try to help themselves.

Magic Johnson doesnt take conventional AIDS medications to offset what the person above me said. Good hygiene or not if you breathe you are going to inhale bacteria and viruses. You know people die from moldlike infestations that any normal persons immune system would vaporize. It is worth living if you have AIDS, but don't knowingly give it to anyone else because that is pretty bad and illegal.
