How long can a person live with hiv if the cd4count is385?

my sister is HIV positive with cd4count of 385,is she still got many chances to leave or not?

First, I want to say a prayer, directly from my mouth to God's ears. My uncle, the most beautiful person and friend to me passed. it was a long time ago, I don't remember the date. I miss him and am still mad about the way he didn't have to leave us so soon. His frame of mind was one that he didn't want to become a nuisance on his lover and his family. my uncle was a complete success. An interior decorator in New York city, with a beach home in North beach, Florida. He gave up. His lover is still alive, I can't stand him, we don't speak, for a good reason, you would agree. Please, everyday, stay with your sister, support her. She may not always show it, but they are happy to have us. They need us, the govt. is so scary, the way they pick and choose. Be there and love her, she may very well out live you. I am not up on the CD4 count, I know more about, how many T cells, we are working with. Don't fret they go up and down. Don't ask to much about how long she has, we all have to go, once we are born, you may as well ask, how long do any of us have.
