Do I have HIV and can you get HIV before you have sex??

I'm 15 years old I have never had sex or done any risky drugs, I might've fell into a strange puddle at the school restroom before

So i'm not a risktaker but recently like 3 months ago i've been developing these itchy sores on my arms

Then I developed cold sores in my mouth and on my lips

Now I see blisters on my penis

There is also a white layer on my tongue all of a sudden

Tell me please, i'm scared b/c I just went to a HIV convention at school today and it freaked me out

How long can someone with HIV live? And should I contact my doctor for an HIV test?

Also i've shared chapstick with someone before

Hey, I've been living w?AIDS since 1983 - so you can live a LOOOONG time bein HIV+, but if you've not had sex, or a blood transfusion, you are not HIV+, sounds like basic herpes to me, or something else, go to the Doc, get a sample/biopsy of the fluid in the bumps and see what grows,
but without exposure to Hiv ya can't get it, remember what they said at the convention, it's blood bourne, no blood, no exposure, no HIV

God you poor thing.. You can't get HIV from falling into a puddle unless you had cuts and someone else's blood or germs or HIV was in there. Otherwise if there was thats the only way it can get it. If you havn;t done anything else then you definetly do NOT have it , it could just be a virus. Someone with HIV can die at anytime depending how serious it gets. One girl with HIV lived her life to the full..till old age. Better off, go and get checked by a doctor.

You probably don't have HIV, however you don't sound healthy either. Just go to your doctor and get a check up.

No this is not HIV. You can get infected with HIV through sex, needles, and blood transfusions. However, the symptoms your describing needs to be addressed by your MD. Thease sore's as you describe them does not sound consistant with any infection/desease that I'm aware of due to the fact it's on your arms mouth and genitalia. You need to see MD.
