How long can i still live if diagnosed with HIV and i have been living healthy. not yet on arv drugs?

if u r on anti HIV drug treatment
surely it is going to prolong ur life

without it life expectancy is short

You can live a full life with HIV, (i.e. magic Johnson) but AIDS is the killer. Some people NEVER devalop aids.

Have you been diagnosed with HIV or does your test show positive for the exposure but is not active? Just because a test comes back "positive" for HIV does not mean you actually HAVE the condition, it can also mean you have been EXPOSED to it.
(The same holds true for Hepatitis B & C) you must first determine if you are active with the virus, then with all the medications available I have had friends live as long as 20 years, although it is usually 10 or so once they get on the drug therapy.
The most important thing we all can do is take it one day at a time, but get all the facts that pertain to YOUR case, not all the hype that is put out about HIV being a death sentence. Positive thinking can help you to overcome many obsticles in your life, not to say that you can think yourself free of HIV, but EVERYONE
should be living today as if there were no tomorrow, and if you really think of it its always TODAY! I have an incurable autoimmune disease, and I try to stay centered in the present, because even though I have a condition that can't be treated, anything can happen in the course of a day. (meaning you never know if something other than what your condition is will bring your life to an end on earth). Letting others know how you feel and joining a support group for HIV patients is very helpful and eases the stress of what your mind may be telling you. My friend, don't give up or give in, blessings and miracles happen every day all day long somewhere on this planet. Make it a point to stay away from negative thinkers, and enjoy EACH day as it comes along ~ keep an attitude of gratitude as they say and you will not only be happier, you will attract more enlightened people to you. Do the best you can and pray, even if you aren't "religious", With your permission I would like to post a prayer in my church for you (using only initials and no contact information).

Be Kind To YOU! You are not alone!

Blessings.

So it means that you are asymptomatic HIV+, yet not displaying any imminent collapse of your immune system. People taking ARVs are still alive after 18-20 years or more on treatment. Asymptomatic HIV+ people, like myself and my wife, must also live a heallty lifestyle and take special precautions in order to preserve our immune system as long as possible and in order to delay the taking of ARVs (and their side effects). Living close to China, I had the very lucky opportunity to investigate for myself natural herbal remedies which could boost my immune system to the maximum. I take an herbal tea made of 12 plants combined together. It is called Revivo and it is available directly from the source itself in China or through some franchised stores in Europe and in the USA. I suggest you visit their website indicated down below. I also invite you to read their testimonials including mine (Bravo Revivo).
Good luck to you!
