I need to find funding opportunities for my agency homeless families living with HIV/AIDS in Chicago?

Vision House, Inc is a 501 3 c not for profit agency located in Chicago is in dire need of unrestricted funds approximately 150,000 just to survive until the end of the year. Vision House provides permenant housing to homeless families living with HIV/AIDS. Because of many funding cuts Vision House has decreased its services to our families and their children. The funding that we are seeking goes towards quality of life services for our families. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated. Our website is www.visionhouse.org
