Positive Nation is Europe's only generic monthly magazine by, for and about  people living with and affected by HIV, Aids and related conditions.

We're not just read by or aimed at people with HIV. PN's readership and 'writership' includes gay men, Africans, drug users, families - anyone touched by the impact of HIV. It includes clinicians and HIV specialists who read us to find out what positive people and their friends really think. It includes policy makers and politicians in the UK and abroad.

Each issue contains:

  • Feature interviews with celebrities and ordinary people living with HIV

  • Hard-hitting features on the fight against HIV and the health of the nation

  • Accessible and accurate information on the latest treatment  advances

  • Listings and arts and other events related to HIV

  • News and opinion on  the month's events

  • Our bevy of provocative and pithy HIV-positive columnists

  • Great stuff to make you feel good, 'Pamper Yourself' and via our   Natural Health pages

  • The largest and liveliest pos-only personal ads  section in print (and a whole different set for people on line)

  • Positive Nation was first published in October 1995 and  has since reached 50,000 people every issue, 11 times a year (we have a double  issue in July/August).

Positive Nation is published by the  UK Coalition of People Living with HIV and AIDS, a national charity. This means we are independent of commercial pressures and can bring you the truth  about the epidemic.  We are able to maintain our high production standards thanks to support from (among others) Elton John and his Aids Foundation, George  Michael, The Monument Trust, the Peter Moores Foundation, The Department of Health, The London HIV Consortium and an increasing number of Primary Care Trusts.

A postal subscription is FREE to individuals  living with HIV and Aids in the UK, and other subscribers can get a free sample copy by clicking on the button below. You can also pick us up in gay venues, clinics, HIV centres and community organisations.
