A pioneering partnership of HIV organisations has been working to co-ordinate service provision for people living with HIV in London who are interested in exploring options about their future.

This unique collaborative work between UK Coalition, Positively Women, The Globe Centre, North London Oasis and Terrence Higgins Trust Lighthouse, ensures the best possible provision of services covering education,  employment, volunteering, training, personal development and related information and advice issues. Positive Futures is funded by the London Development Agency, the Department for Education and Skills and the European Social Fund.

The following services provided by UKC as a partner within Positive Futures. They are delivered at all 5 PF centres and can be booked via reception at the most appropriate centre for you.

The Adult Guidance Service provides Matrix quality accredited one to one advice sessions for people who need assistance in planning what they would like to do.

Our Black and Ethnic Minority Team is managed by Edith Kaggwa and has a team of trained volunteers offering adult guidance sessions individually or in group sessions across London

The Welfare Benefits Advisor is available to help you through the benefit maze.  This is also a Matrix quality accredited service.

Finally, the Positive Futures "core team", who provide a range of support and training services to other HIV organisations and employers, are based at UK Coalition, working on behalf of the partnership to administer the whole project.

UKC are the "accountable body" for most Positive Futures provision, through the work of the "core team" which examines and administers the work and funding of all the different parts of Positive Futures.
