In December 2003 / January 2004, we circulated a questionnaire asking questions to research the needs and involvement of people living with HIV and AIDS in their own care, and policy decisions affecting their lives. We also asked some questions to feed ideas into the arrangements for the Changing Tomorrow national conference of people living with HIV in September 2004.
Michael Bell Associates were commissioned to help with designing the questionnaire and analysing the results.
